Wenlu Mao, MSc
Wenlu is a PhD student who is interested in smartphone-based treatments for eating disorders. Her passion for this field stems from her academic background in clinical nutrition and eating disorders, acquired during her postgraduate studies at University College London, as well as from her experience in a day-care program. Outside of works, she enjots watching musicals and exploring new experiences through travelling.
Shiwa Ghassabéi, MSc
Shiwa is a psychologist who graduated from the Karl-Ruprecht University Heidelberg. Currently, she works as a research assistant in the NOBEAD project, a treatment study evaluating acceptance-based behavioral therapy for patients with binge-eating disorder and/or obesity. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing ballet, being in nature, and programming.
Ben Schreglmann, MSc
Ben is a PhD student who graduated from the Catholic University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Currently, he works in the PRAC study, the psychosocial registry of obesity surgery. His research interests lie in the areas of neurofeedback and biofeedback as well as in computer- and technology-based approaches to understand the human brain and psyche. Outside of work, he mainly produces music but also has fun in other creative areas such as video editing, graphic-design, or programming.
Hanna Stoffregen, MSc
Hanna is a psychologist with a background in cognitive neuroscience and a keen interest in interdisciplinary research. She is currently involved in setting up a neurofeedback study while exploring new directions in epidemiological and clinical research. Her work focuses on the prevention and treatment of binge-eating disorder, particularly in children and adolescents. Alongside her research, she is training to become a clinical psychologist for youth. Outside of work, she enjoys full-contact sports like roller derby and boxing, and occasionally plays music.
