Wenlu is a PhD student who is interested in smartphone-based treatments for eating disorders. Her passion for this field stems from her academic background in clinical nutrition and eating disorders, acquired during her postgraduate studies at University College London, as well as from her experience in a day-care program. Outside of works, she enjots watching musicals and exploring new experiences through travelling.

Antonia is a psychologist and PhD student whose research focuses on the psychological and psychopathological processes underlying emotion regulation, as well as the neurobehavioral mechanisms associated with obesity and binge eating disorder (BED). She is particularly interested in using neuroimaging methods to better understand and visualize these processes. Her research interests also include psychotherapy research, with a focus on the role of the therapeutic relationship in successful interventions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and baking sourdough bread.

Ben is a PhD student who graduated from the Catholic University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Currently, he works in the PRAC study, the psychosocial registry of obesity surgery. His research interests lie in the areas of neurofeedback and biofeedback as well as in computer- and technology-based approaches to understand the human brain and psyche. Outside of work, he mainly produces music but also has fun in other creative areas such as video editing, graphic-design, or programming.

Hanna Stoffregen, MSc

Hanna is a psychologist with a background in cognitive neuroscience and a keen interest in interdisciplinary research. She is currently involved in setting up a neurofeedback study while exploring new directions in epidemiological and clinical research. Her work focuses on the prevention and treatment of binge-eating disorder, particularly in children and adolescents. Alongside her research, she is training to become a clinical psychologist for youth. Outside of work, she enjoys full-contact sports like roller derby and boxing, and occasionally plays music.
